(No! No! - we do not mean the Gordon Brown joke about the 75p!)

The therapeutic value of laughter has been widely accepted all over the world. Major television and newspaper groups such as National Geography, The Wall Street Journal and Los Angeles Times. It also flashed on BBC, NHK (Japan), Star TV and ABC News in United States has featured stories on the subject.

"Most people are unable to realize their true nature of bliss. Today, life is very stressful and stress related diseases are on the rise. Majority of illnesses has some relation to stress. Some of the modern life stress related diseases are: high blood pressure, depression, anxiety, nervous breakdowns, heart disease, cancer and low immunity," the release said.

Research indicates that the children smile or laugh 400 times per day, adults smile or laugh 15 or less times per day and think negative ideas three fourth of the times. People use number of relaxation techniques like jogging, walking, yoga, meditation and message, but kind of complete relaxation and feeling of joy that you experience while laughing is unique and unparalleled. The laughter harmonizes all sense organs in a moment of total concentration.

The release described potential laughter benefits as:
