Compile an Employee or Person Specification

This is a sample person specification and bears no relation to any job that I know -  It is simply to show how to fill in the blanks.  The Attributes column denotes headings used in personnel management known as the "Seven Point Plan".   When completed properly this can also be used as a checklist for interviewing.
