Channel 4 News is preparing an extended report on the scaling back of home care provision by local authorities. We've been told that older people are having the number and duration of visits in their council-funded care packages reduced. We've also been told that some councils are raising eligibility　levels (e.g. up from moderate to severe, or severe to critical), meaning some people are having their care withdrawn altogether.

Have you (or a family member, or anyone you care) for been affected by any changes to your care package in the last 18 months? What effect has this had on your quality of life? How happy are you with the level of care you are receiving?
